Branch Manager / General Manager (Fire Protection)

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000+ (Negotiable) Location: [Insert City/State]

The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-caliber Branch Manager / General Manager to lead our Fire Protection operations. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for P&L management, team development, and regional growth. We are looking for a heavy-hitter who can maintain high operational standards while fostering a strong company culture.

Requirements

* Experience: 4-5+ years of senior leadership experience specifically within the Fire Protection industry.

* Operational Strength: Proven track record in P&L management, labor scheduling, and business development.

* Leadership: Ability to mentor and manage project managers, designers, and field technicians.

* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of NFPA standards and fire protection systems.
