About the Role
As Agency President , you join a well-established insurance organization in the Los Angeles area. You lead all aspects of sales, business development, client service, retention, and internal operations. You continue to strengthen the culture, ensuring employees work towards common goals and have opportunities to reach individual achievements. You liaise with the board of directors, staying in communication on agency performance and how to execute long-term strategies. Finally, you work closely with insurance companies to maximize partnership potential.
