Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• Good understanding of typography, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• A portfolio or selected work demonstrating visual design skills and problem-solving; school, personal, freelance, and internship projects are welcome.
• Some experience with digital design software for creating layouts, wireframes, or prototypes.
• Interest in creating intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable website and app experiences.
• Willingness to explain ideas, ask questions, learn, and respond to feedback.
• Experience with responsive design, mobile interfaces, or conversion-focused landing pages is helpful but not required in every area.
• Interest in fitness or wellness is a bonus.
• No specific degree or minimum years of experience are required; we value your work, potential, and willingness to grow.

• Design responsive landing pages, promotional content, and exercise library pages to encourage app downloads and subscriptions.
• Create clear layouts, navigation, and calls to action, with accessibility and consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile in mind.
• Help design app screens for onboarding, workout building, calendars, and progress tracking.
• Develop wireframes and simple interactive prototypes to explore ideas before development.
• Maintain shared design components, styles, and visual assets.
• Organize design files and communicate design appearance and behavior to developers.
• Work with our Senior Web Designer to develop ideas, incorporate feedback, and refine designs.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to balance user needs and business goals.
• Use feedback and available performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
