Job Description

As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting field surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries and locations You will work on a variety of projects including land development construction and infrastructure This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Use surveying instruments and equipment to measure distances angles elevations and other land features Research legal records survey records and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries Analyze data collected through surveys to create maps plats and reports Communicate with clients engineers architects and other professionals involved in the project Ensure accuracy of survey data by conducting quality checks and verifying measurements Perform calculations using geometry and trigonometry to determine property boundaries Adhere to safety protocols while working in the field Keep accurate records of all surveying activities Requirements Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field preferred Previous experience as a Land Surveyor is a plus but not required Proficient in using surveying instruments such as GPS receivers electronic distance-measuring equipment etc Strong mathematical skills including geometry and trigonometry Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Salary $1100 per month negotiable based on experience Location Los Angeles open to all nationalities Working Hours Full-time 40 hours per week Accommodation Not provided This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in land surveying We welcome applicants of all backgrounds who have a passion for the field #J-18808-Ljbffr
