Salary: $178,500 - 297,500 per year Requirements:

• We need 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, engineering, infrastructure, or a related technology discipline.
• We value experience leading architecture reviews and steering technical decisions across multiple technology areas.

• We need experience working directly with delivery teams, engineering teams, and technology leaders.

• We look for the ability to balance governance expectations with practical delivery needs.
• We want demonstrated hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies and the ability to apply them to real-world challenges.
• Preferred: experience participating in or leading architecture review boards or similar governance processes.
• Preferred: experience supporting production readiness, operational readiness, deployment governance, or service transition activities.
• Preferred: experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, enterprise integrations, and observability or monitoring solutions.
• Preferred: experience in large, complex enterprise environments, especially healthcare or medical distribution.
• Preferred: experience with large-scale distribution, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce platforms.
• Preferred: experience with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and IaC/Terraform.
• Preferred: knowledge of IT operational processes including incident, change, problem, and service management.
• Preferred: experience creating technology standards, reference architectures, and architectural guidance.
• Preferred: experience working in regulated or highly governed environments.

• We lead architecture review board sessions and provide architectural guidance for enterprise technology initiatives.
• We partner with application, infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations teams to assess solution designs and technology choices.
• We identify architectural, operational, security, and supportability risks and recommend mitigation approaches.
• We consult with project teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial design through implementation and operational handoff.
• We develop and maintain technology standards, architectural patterns, and governance processes.
• We evaluate emerging technologies and advise on their adoption and fit for the enterprise.
• We review proposed architectures for scalability, reliability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
• We build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on technology decisions.
• We prepare and present architectural recommendations, readiness assessments, and governance findings to leadership and governance forums.
