Salary: $126,000 - 210,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a degree or equivalent experience, along with typically 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• We require hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• We seek experience using AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
• We require web application development experience with Angular, React, Vue, Next.js, or a similar JavaScript framework.
• We seek strong experience designing low-latency agent execution systems that support multi-step tool execution, including harness or orchestrator concepts.
• We require strong SQL and relational database skills, including PostgreSQL.
• We seek experience with event-driven architecture and messaging technologies such as Kafka.
• We require familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, modern software delivery practices, and automated testing.
• We require strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.
• We prefer experience with Azure and cloud-native application development, Docker and containerized deployments, and ORM technologies such as Hibernate or JPA.
• We value familiarity with Redis or other caching technologies, feature management tools such as LaunchDarkly or Optimizely, and database migration tools such as Liquibase or Flyway.
• We prefer experience with observability and monitoring tools, including Dynatrace, as well as distributed tracing, metrics, and structured logging.
• We value previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or another highly regulated industry.
• The role involves general office work, including extended periods of sitting and computer use, as well as communication and collaboration in virtual and in-person settings.

• We ask you to design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• You will build and maintain REST APIs and microservices using modern architecture principles and OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
• You will use approved AI development tools, including GitHub Copilot and Claude, to improve productivity, code quality, testing coverage, and efficiency.
• You will assess AI-generated code for security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and functional accuracy.
• You will develop user interfaces and administrative tools that support business workflows and operational efficiency.
• You will create scalable, event-driven solutions using technologies such as Kafka and distributed messaging platforms.
• You will architect and optimize the core AI agent orchestration layer and runtime harness for complex, multi-step task execution and model routing.
• You will ensure quality across user interfaces, APIs, databases, integrations, and event-driven services.
• You will implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous delivery practices.
• You will use observability and monitoring tools to strengthen application reliability and production support.
• You will participate in architecture and code reviews, as well as technical design discussions.
• You will mentor engineers through knowledge sharing, design collaboration, and engineering best practices.
• You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in an Agile environment.
