Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that effectively position and communicate product value to target audiences while supporting successful solution launches through market insights and cross-functional collaborationNetsmart is looking for a Solution Marketer to help shape how we tell our story and communicate the value of our solutions to the Human Services community. In this role, you’ll develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position our solutions for the right audiences and ensure our messaging reflects the unique needs of the communities and lines of service we serve.You’ll play a key role in building and refining solution messaging, gathering competitive and market insights, and partnering across teams to bring our solutions and client successes to life. You’ll also work closely with our client organization to identify clients with meaningful stories, interview them, and transform their experiences into compelling success stories that can be used across marketing channels.ResponsibilitiesCreate compelling market positioning and messaging strategies to differentiate solutions and engage target audiences across channels Develop and maintain key marketing deliverables including personas, customer journey maps, and content aligned with go-to-market strategy Partner with stakeholders to effectively communicate market insights, customer needs, and solution capabilities Support solution launches through cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams Track and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and campaign performance metrics QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 5 years B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or similar industry Experience contributing to solution launches with multiple stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts Demonstrated project management capabilities to handle concurrent initiatives Self-motivated professional who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
