Job Details:
Job Title: Case Manager Registered Nurse

Pay Range: 2244.46 - 2356.68
Schedule: 08:00 - 16:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Have acute care hospital inpatient CM experience and either travel or EPIC experience. Must be able to approve up to 40 hours RTO and submit with VA license pending.
Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient case management in an acute care hospital setting.
• Coordinate patient care and assist with discharge planning.
• Work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, with 2-3 weekends per contract.
• Must work 2 out of 3 winter holidays.
• Submit for licensing with VA license pending.
