Job Title

Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Location

Farmington, New Mexico

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional early starts (6:00–7:00 AM) for morning ADLs; one Saturday per month required

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Evaluate and treat patients to restore function, improve mobility, and support recovery goals
Assist with morning activities of daily living (ADLs) on occasional early-start shifts
Document patient progress and treatment plans using Cerner EMR
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to deliver coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of New Mexico
Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Cerner EMR
Ability to work a schedule that includes occasional early morning starts and one Saturday per month

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records system
Experience working in a small, specialized rehabilitation unit
